Through this project, the OSAA organization covered 2300 trainees and graduates of the HELP TVET projects and facilitate their employment process.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The Role of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Services Center of OSAA in implementing this project:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the contents of the AFG105 project and in order to better implement this project, the Employment and Entrepreneurship Services Center (EESC) of OSAA organization provided the following main activities in the field of employment services:<\/p>\n<p>1. Supporting and facilitating job services for the beneficiaries of the Help-UNICEF project;<\/p>\n<p>\u06f2. Supporting the Employers withholding technical training for them;<\/p>\n<p>3. Small Business Training for all beneficiaries of the AFG105 project;<\/p>\n<p>4. Updating the EESC database;<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0Doing\u00a0Research and market studies regarding marketer professions in Herat province;<\/p>\n<p>6.
